RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We accept exchange of items only if the item is returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. You must also provide your proof of purchase. Items returned can be used for exchange with another product or may be converted into store credit. Your store credit voucher will need to be used within 2 months.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be requested if the items received are defective/damaged, incorrect or faulty upon delivery and we are unable to repair or replacement the item. We will require photos of the damaged, incorrect or faulty goods within 24 hours of receiving the item and must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.

 

Once your returned item is received with supporting documents and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify on our receipt of the returned item. We will also update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit in the purchase amount will be automatically applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a certain amount of days. Alternatively you may opt for store credit in the equivalent amount. Your store credit voucher will need to be used within 2months.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING RETURN ITEMS

We do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible to pay to return the item(s). The returned item(s) needs to be in the same condition as received and in same packaging.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Kindly note that in European countries, it may take 14 or more days before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, first check with your bank/credit card company in case the monies have been received but not posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or samples cannot be refunded.

 

NOTIFICATION

All our collections are hand crafted by our artisans and made to order. Please make sure your 100% happy with the product before purchasing being aware that each rattan product will vary. Due to the natural materials used, the colors of the rattan changes making each product unique and different. These are handmade products supported by fair trade conditions. They are not made in a factory so each product may differ slightly due to this.
